1. What Pilates programs are available online?
The following Pilates Certified programs are available online:
Mat Pilates Program
Complete the Mat Pilates program in studio or livestream. Must be available for 8 training hours per day. Must have a workout partner available.
SpringBoard Pilates Program
Complete the SpringBoard Pilates program in studio or livestream. Must be available for 8 training hours per day. Must have a workout partner available. Must have a SpringBoard.
2. What are the requirements to register for the Reformer Pilates Program?
The Mat Pilates program is a prerequisite for the Reformer Pilates 300 Hour Program. Must attend a minimum of 20 classical Reformer Pilates sessions prior to the 4 month program.
3. What are the requirements to register for the SpringBoard Pilates Program?
The Mat Pilates program is a prerequisite for the SpringBoard Pilates program. Must teach a minimum of 15 Mat Pilates sessions prior to the Springboard Pilates program.
4. How do I return a product?
Please email us at info@pilates-certified.com. We will reply back with return instructions.
REFUND POLICY
Pilates Certified reserves the right to cancel any training program at anytime. Pilates Certified reserves the right to expel a student from any training program due to negligence, unprofessionalism, misconduct, or abuse in any nature. If the student is expelled or terminated from any Pilates Certified training program, the student will not receive a refund for any paid program fees. Pilates Certified Payment Plans: payment plans are split up into 4 monthly payments of the total amount of program fees. No payment plans are available on the Pilates Certified Mat Pilates Program or SpringBoard Pilates program. Cancellation policy: the student is charged a $199.00 cancellation fee per training program. The Pilates Certified Reformer Pilates program: the training program must be canceled 14 days prior to the program start date or the student will be charged 50% of the total program fees.
No refunds on Pilates sessions, Pilates packages, and/or Pilates monthly memberships. All sales are final.
At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our customers ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits or refunds, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion.
5. How do I set up the online Pilates subscription?
(Instructors Only, not open to the public)
Click on the online Pilates link at the top or bottom of the Pilates Certified homepage and it will redirect you to the online portal. Set up username and password to join a class! We also offer live classes through Zoom.
6. How may days per week do you recommend the online Pilates classes?
For best results, we recommend 3-4 Pilates classes per week.
7. How do I contact Customer Service for a product return or online class video malfunction?

8. My online class subscription is about to expire, how do I purchase a new subscription?
The online subscription auto renews monthly or annually based on the subscription that you originally purchased.
