Reformer Pilates Program

REFORMER PILATES PROGRAM
The Pilates Certified Reformer Pilates program includes all of the classical Reformer Pilates exercises, anatomy, fun class workout ideas, and the necessary teaching knowledge to become a successful Reformer Pilates instructor.  During the 4 month program (300 hours), the student will enhance their teaching skills by learning all of Reformer Pilates exercises that sequence from Beginner, Intermediate, to Advanced.  Completion of the Pilates Certified Reformer Pilates program will allow the instructor to teach Reformer Pilates for every fitness level in a group or private setting.  Teach a Reformer Pilates session at a Pilates studio, physical therapy office, or online!!       

Requirements:  Must have a workout partner available.  Must attend a minimum of 20 classical Reformer Pilates sessions prior to the 4 month (300 hours) program.  Pass all exams.  CECs are required to maintain the certificate.

Includes: program manual, 4 month training (300 hours), exams, and a Reformer Pilates certificate qualifying you to teach Reformer Pilates worldwide. 

Option: complete the 4 month program in studio or online via Livestream.
