Mat Pilates Program

MAT PILATES PROGRAM
The Pilates Certified Mat Pilates program includes all of the classical Mat Pilates exercises with props, anatomy, fun class workout ideas, and the necessary teaching knowledge to become a successful Mat Pilates instructor.  During the 6 day program (48 hours), the student will enhance their teaching skills by learning all of the Mat Pilates exercises that sequence from Beginner, Intermediate, to Advanced. Completion of the Pilates Certified Mat Pilates program will allow the instructor to teach Mat Pilates for every fitness level in a private or group setting.  Teach a Mat Pilates session at the beach, studio, private event, or online!! 

Requirements: Must be available for 8 training hours per day.  Must have a workout partner available.  Pass all exams. Complete 5 practical hours of Pilates Certified Mat sessions.  CECs are required to maintain the certificate.

Includes: program manual, 6 day training (48 hours), exams, and a Mat Pilates certificate qualifying you to teach Mat Pilates worldwide.
